We had to sell my mother in law's home of 40 years. From the moment we connected with Shannon Patterson, her knowledge, professionalism and compassion were obvious. She is tops in her field. So organized, thorough and also the nicest human being. She had such a common sense approach to balancing how much to pay for improvements vs reasonable asking price in the current market. She has contacts for doing carpet, paint, etc. She has a wonderful title company she works with and they were invaluable to us as we dealt with a living trust. All her advice was spot on. We sold the home within days, and closed within a month of listing. During the process she was available and responsive. My husband and I would highly and without reservation recommend Shannon Patterson for selling or buying a property.
